6N Polycrystalline Silicon Description

|
Application: Polycrystalline silicon is the direct material to produce
crystalline silicon, and it is the basic material of contemporary artificial
intelligence, auto control, information disposal, photo electricity, and other
semiconductor parts. Polycrystalline silicon of high pure dense and high quality
is an important material of the production of silicon ductor parts and IC. |

Silicon powder packing
Silicon metal and silicon powder can be delivered in big bags or in bulk.
we are specializing in the
products of renewable sun energy, and our main products include the polysilicon,
silicon ingots, solar wafers, our company is founded in 1999,and our factories is
located in Sichuan province,in the western part of China, now we have set up
international sales office in Xiamen,China where there are both international
airport and seaport, which make it very convenient to transport by sea and by
air.
We
understand the importance to invest time and efforts for future business
expansion and We welcome the challenge of new tasks related to new products or
new applications .We are High responsibility, Very fast replies, Fast and mostly
free supply of samples, Flexibility in trying some various materials, and have
Knowledge of customs rules and of necessary documentation, readiness to develop
it and have Knowledge of the International transportation ways to find the best
solution for specific cases, Mostly clear understanding of production cost to be
certain about product pricing.
Polycrystalline silicon (or semicrystalline silicon,
polysilicon, poly-Si, or simply poly in context) is a material consisting of
multiple small silicon crystals. Polycrystalline silicon can be as much as
99.9999999% pure. Silicon is most often companioned with oxygen to form sand.
When the oxygen is stripped from the silicon, crude polycrystalline silicon
remains. Ultra-pure poly is used in the semiconductor industry, starting from
poly rods that are five to eight feet in length. In microelectronic industry
(semiconductor industry), poly is used both at the macro-scale and micro-scale
(component) level. At the macro scale, polysilicon is used as a raw material
entering a process in which single crystals are grown. At the component level,
polysilicon has long been used as the conducting gate material in MOSFET and
CMOS processing technologies. For these technologies it is deposited using
low-pressure chemical-vapour deposition (LPCVD) reactors at high temperatures
and is usually heavily N or P-doped. More recently, intrinsic and doped
polysilicon is being used in large-area electronics as the active and/or doped
layers in thin-film transistors.
